Pilates is a low-impact exercise that improves core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and efficiency in movement for performing daily functions of life. Gain better control of your body movements and build fitness through this short course!
Invite your pre-believing friends and loved ones to join you for a time of exercise and warm fellowship on Sunday afternoons at Wesley. After each session, enjoy some light refreshments and connect with others in a relaxed and friendly environment.

This course is conducted by a qualified female Pilates teacher. It is a beginner class for adults only and is not suitable for those who are pregnant.
A non-refundable registration fee of $24 will be collected and used to provide weekly snacks for our fellowship time.
